West Windsor Winter Farm Markets – 10am to 1pm at the Windsor Athletic Club, 99 Clarksville Road in West Windsor. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef and lamb, rose veal. and farm fresh eggs from pasture-raised heritage hens. Hillsborough Winter Farm Markets – 10am to 2pm at the Barn, 99 Clarksville Road in West Windsor. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, grass-fed and finished pastured beef and lamb, rose veal. (Third Saturday, December thru April

Sundays

Duke Farm Winter Markets – 11am to 4pm at the Farm Barn Orientation Center, 1112 Dukes Parkway West in Hillsborough, NJ. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, and genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef, lamb, and rose veal. (Feb 12, March 12, April 2, Winter Markets)

Slow Food North Jersey Winter Market – Noon to 4pm at The Woodland, 60 Woodland Road, Maplewood, NJ 07040. This is a great opportunity to support lcvoal and the slow food movement. Donation requested at the door to support local school food programs. We will bring our raw milk farmstead cheeses and some pastured pork, beef, rose veal, and lamb. We’ll also bring a selection of t-shirts, and sheepskins. (Feb 5, Winter Market)


1902 - Family purchased farm

1910 - Leased land to dairy farmer

1987 - Hamill Brothers inherit farm

2002 - Started as a family business

2003 - Started a beef herd, laying hens, and pigs

2004 - Added sheep and attained organic certification of pasture land

2005 - Added dairy herd and began making fresh cheeses like mozzarella

2006 - Built aging caves and began making aged cheeses

2012 - Grid Magazine’s Cheese of the Month (Nov – Full Nettle Jack); Finalist at the Good Food Awards (Toma)

2013 - Won 2 blue ribbons from the American Cheese Society(for Buttercup Brie and Lawrenceville Jack Reserve); Added second cheesemaker

2014 - Broke ground on additional aging space and began process of getting AWA certification for our chickens
