Mozzarella Making!

For kids of all ages

Grownups are FREE in this fun and educational class where kids learn how to stretch your own fresh mozzarella. We will guide you through the steps to stretch curds into marvelous mozzarella. Then let your creativity come alive to create a mozzarella sculpture of your very own. This is a great class for kids to take charge and have parents help and guide them along the way while learning about curds and cheese!

Mozzarella Making for Adults: March 24, 2 pm; 

In this fun and informative class we show you how milk is transformed into curds and then guide you through the steps to stretch the curds into mozzarella.

For Locavores, Saturday February 18th, 10:00 – 11:30 am
Supporting local farms is a win-win for nutrition, taste and for our environment. In this course we will introduce you to local farms and local food products with hands-on advice on how to get the best out of eating local. Environmental, economic and health implications of eating local and, of course, sampling delicious local foods are all on the agenda. $20
