Our Farm

If you are planning to visit using a GPS, please program: Carter Road and Route 206.

Cherry Grove Farm is a historic and sustainable 400-acre farm set in the heart Lawrenceville, NJ.  Our current operation has been in motion for more than 10 years!  We believe in building everything from the earth up, which is why we first and foremost ensure that our land is healthy, thriving, and organically certified. Our farm is also open to the public, because we understand the importance of knowing exactly where our food comes from. We offer healthier, locally produced food with no hormones, antibiotics or steroids.

All the heat and hot water for the farm store, cheese facility, and even our farmhouse is generated by a wood-fired heat exchanger.  We allow local tree surgeons to drop off wood that they would normally pay to dump at a landfill, helping to save money, trees, and the environment!

At our on-site Farm Store, we sell our own farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, grass-fed lamb, and pasture-raised eggs, as well as a plethora of locally sourced goods. We also hit the road in the summer to peddle our wares at farmers markets in the surrounding areas. In addition, our cheeses can be found in numerous shops and restaurants in the Philadelphia and New York regions.
