Whey Fed Pork

Whey from the cheese facility sustains a herd of certified Berkshire pigs in the middle of our property.  The pigs ingest no growth hormones, antibiotics or steroids.  They live in a pig “Country Club” free range in our woods!  All of our cuts of pork are available in the Farm Store year round.  As we increase the size of our dairy herd we are able to sustain more pigs from the whey.  We sell bacon, ham hocks, ham steaks, hams, pork chops, spare ribs, country ribs, boston butt, ground, cubes, leaf lard, neck bones, scrapple, sweet italian sausage, andoulli sausage & breakfast sausage.
