Greek Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki

  • 1/2 cup low fat Greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled & chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill (1 teaspoon dried)
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • 1 pound Ground Lamb, thawed
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (1 teaspoon dried)
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Add all tzatziki ingredients to a food processor and process until very smooth
  2. Combine all burger ingredients in a medium bowl, lightly mix together with hands, avoid over working the meat
  3. Form into four patties
  4. Store in refrigerator until ready to grill
  5. Serve grilled burgers topped with tzatziki sauce
