We are currently seeking versatile, experienced educators and assistants to help facilitate our on-farm and offsite classes.
Some of the classes we are offering in 2017 will include, but are not limited to:
- Mozzarella “From Scratch”
- Ricotta Lunch
- Farmstead Cheese
- Homesteading: Preserving, canning, foraging
