Thursdays

Princeton Farmers Market Winter Market – 10am to 3pm at the Princeton Family YMCA, 59 Paul Robeson Place in Princeton. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses. (First and Third Thursday in December, February and March & Second and Fourth Thursday in January and April)

Saturdays

Burlington County Farmers Market – 10am to 2pm at the Burlington County Ag Center at Centerton and Hartford Roads in Mount Laurel, with live music and shaded seating. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, and genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef. (Nov 17 and Dec 1 Holiday Markets)

West Windsor Winter Farm Markets – 10am to 1pm at the Windsor Athletic Club, 99 Clarksville Road in West Windsor. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef and lamb, rose veal. and farm fresh eggs from pasture-raised heritage hens. Sundays

Duke Farm Winter Markets – 11am to 4pm at the Farm Barn Orientation Center, 1112 Dukes Parkway West in Hillsborough, NJ. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, and genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef, lamb, and rose veal. (Nov 18 & 25, Dec 16, Jan 20, Feb 17, March 10, April 7)

Wednesdays

Farm Market at Christ Church – 2pm to 7pm, at Christ Church, 2nd and American Street in Old City, Philadelphia. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, and genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef, lamb, rose veal, and pastured eggs. (May to Nov)

Fridays

Main Street Highland Park Farm Market – 11am to 5:30pm in the municipal parking lot on Raritan Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, and genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef, lamb, and rose veal.  (June 1st to Dec)

Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef and lamb, rose veal, and farm fresh eggs from pasture-raised heritage hens. (May 5th to Nov 17th)

Metuchen Farmers Market – 9am to 2pm in the Senior Center parking lot New & Center Streets. Shopper parking available other side of Center St, entrance off New St. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef and lamb, rose veal, and farm fresh eggs from pasture-raised heritage hens. (June to Nov 17th)

Sundays

Duke Farms Farm to Table Market – noon to 5pm, in front of the Farm Barn Orientation Center, 1112 Dukes Parkway West in Hillsborough, NJ. Featuring our raw milk farmstead cheeses, whey-fed pork, and genuinely grass-fed and finished pastured beef, lamb, rose veal, and pasture-raised eggs. 1902 - Family purchased farm

1910 - Leased land to dairy farmer

1987 - Hamill Brothers inherit farm

2002 - Started as a family business

2003 - Started a beef herd, laying hens, and pigs

2004 - Added sheep and attained organic certification of pasture land

2005 - Added dairy herd and began making fresh cheeses like mozzarella

2006 - Built aging caves and began making aged cheeses

2012 - Grid Magazine’s Cheese of the Month (Nov – Full Nettle Jack); Finalist at the Good Food Awards (Toma)

2013 - Won 2 blue ribbons from the American Cheese Society(for Buttercup Brie and Lawrenceville Jack Reserve); Added second cheesemaker

2014 - Broke ground on additional aging space and began process of getting AWA certification for our chickens
