Much thought and planning go into our hands-on classes and events. We book our teaching staff and purchase our supply quantities based on the number of participants registered.
If for some reason you have to cancel your attendance at any of our classes, tours, or events, we are happy to offer you a 75% refund of the purchase price, or transfer you to a different event or class of equal value. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a class or event are subject to “class credit” only, as supplies and staff have already been committed.
The Farm reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, or due to teacher illness or inclement weather. In the event of a cancelled class, we will contact you by email or telephone, and issue a full refund, or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability).
