Bitter Spring Cleansing Tonics

Bitter drinks such as Campari, Cynar, Jägermeister, and Angostora Bitters have been used for centuries in Europe to improve and aid digestion. In this workshop we’ll learn the importance of bitters in our daily diet and how they affect not only our digestion but our mood, immune system and more. Bitter herbs are taken in all traditional cultures as a Spring Cleansing Tonic. We’ll taste some different bitter herbs and then make our own formula specifically for our individual needs and tastes. Do you want a bitters formula which helps you sleep? relieves depression? strengthens your heart or lungs? Come fall in love with bitters!
