In this workshop, we’ll discuss how our moods – anxiety, depression, stress, worry, grief, fear, weariness and even anger – affect our physical bodies and how our physical health affects our moods. We’ll smell, taste and talk about some herbs which can help with specific and general mood imbalances. Then you’ll make a personalized blend of tea to support your own mental wellness.
