In our kitchen cabinets we can find many herbs and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, rosemary sage, fennel, cayenne, ginger, garlic and turmeric. We’ll learn how to use what is already in your kitchen medicine chest for common ailments like headaches, tummy upsets, sore throats, joint pain, memory, heart health, diabetes and more. You’ll make some Thieves Vinegar which you can adapt to your specific tastes and personalized health needs.
