Lawrenceville Jack

A Grass-fed Milk Lover’s Dream

Not your typical store bought Jack, our Lawrenceville Jack is pure, simple and a great way for us to pay tribute to our land. Based on the classic American Jack recipe, this creamy, slightly sharp, natural-rind cheese allows all the subtle seasonal flavors of our grass-fed cows’ milk to shine! Raw milk, sold at 6-9 months old. Price is per lb.

Our 12 month aged Lawrenceville Jack Reserve received an ACS Blue Ribbon in 2013. Flavors intensify with age giving the Reserve Jack a sharp tang. Look for this seasonal offering in our farm store and local farm markets.

Packages ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, via UPS Ground. Deliveries of our cheeses may be suspended or delayed during summer months because of excessive heat.

Shipping to points west of the Mississippi River? Seriously consider selecting 3-Day shipping. Most Ground deliveries take 5+ days and make your package wait over the weekend.

Christmas orders placed after 12/14 will require overnight, 2- or 3-day shipping, unless within the tri-state area.
