In this workshop you’ll learn how to make a delicious, medicinal fire cider using local farm produce and the wild plants of autumn. This vinegar will keep you healthy through the winter season. We will discuss the medicinal properties of the ingredients and how they benefit the immune, digestive, heart, nervous system and more. Use your vinegars daily on salads, veggies, marinades or as drinks. You will take home a jar of fire cider!
