A 2012 Good Food Award Finalist

A semisoft, washed-rind cheese, our Toma is a medium-textured, raclette-like melter. Subtle flavor variations occur according to seasonal changes in our cows’ forage and milk, adding notes of peanut, grass, and cooked cream. A raw milk cheese sold at 2-4 months old. Price is per lb.
