Blueberry Baked Brie

Serves 6
Per Serving: 130 cal, 8g fat, 179mg sodium,
9g carb, 1g fiber, 6g protein, 54mg calcium


  • 1/4 wheel Buttercup Brie
  • 2 Tablespoons local honey
  • 1 Cup fresh, local blueberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium bowl, crush the blueberries with the back of a spoon
  3. Place Brie wedge on a parchment lined baking sheet, top with crushed berries and drizzle with honey
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is softened, but not runny.
