Ingredients:
- 1/4 wheel Buttercup Brie
- 2 Tablespoons local honey
- 1 Cup fresh, local blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium bowl, crush the blueberries with the back of a spoon
- Place Brie wedge on a parchment lined baking sheet, top with crushed berries and drizzle with honey
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is softened, but not runny.
