Ingredients:
Tzatziki
- 1/2 cup low fat Greek style yogurt
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, peeled & chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill (1 teaspoon dried)
- salt & pepper to taste
Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Lamb, thawed
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano (1 teaspoon dried)
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add all tzatziki ingredients to a food processor and process until very smooth
- Combine all burger ingredients in a medium bowl, lightly mix together with hands, avoid over working the meat
- Form into four patties
- Store in refrigerator until ready to grill
- Serve grilled burgers topped with tzatziki sauce
