Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon butter or oil
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 4 Cherry Grove Farm fresh eggs, lightly beaten
- salt & fresh cracked pepper
- 1/2 baguette, or 2 rolls, split
Directions:
- Saute veggies in the butter or oil just until the onions are soft
- Add the eggs and scramble together, cook to desired firmness
- Season to taste and fill the baguette or rolls
