Join Sean and Emmy for a walk around the ponds, fields and woods of Cherry Grove Farm to watch, listen and learn about the birds who share this place with us. Sean Graesser is a bird biologist, a wildlife conservationist, photographer, storyteller and director and founding member of the Wild Bird Research Group (WBRG). Emmy, also a member of the WBRG, set up kestrel nesting boxes on the farm. As you may have noticed when you come to the farm, there are always lots of birds to be seen and heard - from wrens to red-winged blackbirds, finches, swallows, herons, hawks and many more. Now we can learn more about them. The binocular brand Nocs are very kindly loaning binoculars to anyone who hasn't got their own. Wear comfortable clothes, dress appropriately for the weather, and wear good shoes for walking on a farm.

From May through October join herbalist Tish for a walk around Cherry Grove Farm to see what edible and medicinal plants are showing themselves each month.
