Emma’s amazing carrot cake is loved by all (even those who don’t normally like carrot cake!) A perfect dessert to take to your host or enjoy at home for any and all Spring celebrations. The cake is made with local carrots, coconut, warm spices and topped with a cream cheese frosting.
One 9-inch cake yields 7 generous slices, or even more for those "just a sliver" folks.
Order on line by March 27th and pick up in the farm store on Friday, April 3rd from 2-5pm or Saturday, April 4th from 10am - 5pm. Availability is limited.
